What are some facts presented about syringe injections? Try and inject in your abdomen, absorption variations there are only about 30% The upper, outer shoulder is a great place to inject if your blood sugar is high Breaking your doses up into sets of 5 units or less can really improve your control Absorption variations in most common injection sites can go as high as 40% day to day Inject at an angle between 45 and 90 degrees based on how fatty the site is Varying injection sites reduces scar tissue, which improves absorption 6. What is true about insulin injections? It's pretty uncommon for them to hurt They don't have to hurt They almost never hurt There's no reason for me to be scared of them because they really rarely hurt 7.
